Returns + Exchanges

All custom designed pieces as well as all custom 14KT and 18KT gold jewelry is made to order and cannot be returned unless the item is damaged. All other items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery, less shipping costs. Returned items must be unworn and returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for all return charges.

A Return Authorization MUST be obtained before returning any item(s). To process a return/exchange simply email us at info@puragraciajewelry.com. For your security, please send merchandise via a traceable carrier. Pura Gracia is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
